The Transparency Act

The core of the Norwegian Transparency Act is to assess and address risks of adverse impacts on human rights and decent working conditions throughout the value chain.

The Act is based on the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct and applies to companies within Onitio's supply chain.
